Access Information

Total sensory space located in Heartlake City offers a calming space for guests with additional needs. Guests able to provide evidence of disability are entitled to bring a helper free of charge.

Ride access pass available for guests who cannot wait in main ride queue lines. Documentation must be submitted at least 5 working days prior to visit.

All entrances to the park are wheelchair accessible and a designated car park close to the entrance is reserved for Blue Badge holders.

Children under 90cm visit for free. This ticket is not valid for usage with any other discount voucher, offer or promotions. Additional charges may apply for special event days. No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the Attraction unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over and such child or children whilst on site must remain under the control or supervision of an adult at all times.

All children under 0.9m enter LEGOLAND Windsor Resort for free and therefore do not require a pre-booked ticket. They will receive a ticket for entry at admissions.

This ticket is valid for admission to the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort on the date shown above. Please confirm opening times on the website before your visit. This ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, reward/loyalty programme, rail inclusive offer or exclusive event or concert. Guests are advised that not all attractions may be operational on the day of their visit. Height, age and weight restrictions apply on some rides, and if guests do not meet the minimum height requirement they will need to be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Use of this ticket complies agreement with the terms and conditions hosted at the entrance to LEGOLAND Windsor and in the park guide. This ticket remains the property of LEGOLAND Windsor and is non-refundable, non-transferable and not for re-sale. Photocopies of this ticket will not be accepted. The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder and in the interest of public saftey we reserve the right for guests to leave the park at any time.
